The time, required for the repair of your computer, is unfortunately very difficult to predict over the phone. After a brief diagnosis of your computer at your location or here in the workshop I can identify the problem more closely and give you an estimation of the costs for a repair. After this, you decide whether you want me to fix it or not. If a repair of the computer for you no longer appears economically, I present you an offer for a new computer and the transfer of your personal files (Word, Excel, MP3s, etc.) from the old computer to the new system. Possibly you can also re-use the license of the operating system of the old / broken computer for your new computer - this can save money.
